Young people are encouraged to take an active role in the liturgy. Once a child has made their First Holy Communion they are encouraged to serve on the sanctuary.
Training is provided for young people belonging to either of our church communities. Speak to Father Patrick if you are interested.
Eucharist Ministers
Eucharistic ministers assist the priest at Mass by distributing holy communion. They also help by taking Holy Communion to any parishioner unable to get to Mass due to ill-health or being house-bound. If you know someone who would like to receive holy communion at home contact the parish office on 01189814572 or email This email address is being protected from spambots. Welcomers
Welcomers greet everyone arriving at our church services, handing out hymn books and service sheets. They can help any new parishioners or visitors - please introduce yourself if you need assistance.
